The Skagit County market slowed with a 2.4% sales drop in this week's report. However, overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained above the monthly average (163.3) with 200 homes sold. In comparison, nearby King County had 3,161 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. The median sales price continued to rise, trending upwards for four weeks to reach $305,000. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low three months of inventory signals that Skagit County is a seller's market.
