The Skagit County market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales fell to 202 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby King County had 3,169 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. The median sales price dropped to $300,500, down from last week's $302,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Skagit County is a seller's market.
