The Skagit County market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales dropped 3.3% to 205 homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time period, King County had 3,431 sales, the most of all counties in the area. Months of inventory is on a four-week upswing, this week hitting three months. In spite of the decrease in sales, the lack of inventory signals that Skagit County is still a seller's market.
