The Skagit County market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales dropped 5.5% to 208 homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time period, King County had 3,453 sales, the most of all counties in the area. The median sales price dropped to $282,850, down from last week's $285,000. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low three months of inventory signals that Skagit County is a seller's market.
